The beautiful Carolina coast is only a few hours drive from Columbia so Melissa decided to plan her wedding at Fripp Island, SC. The ladies got dressed in their summery purple bridesmaids growns for the wedding at her beach house, while the gentlemen were just a short golf cart ride away. The grooms daughter, the adorable flower girl, played a big part in the wedding! The clouds gathered making us a little nervous about the weather but it held out for a beautiful ceremony overlooking a quiet marsh on the island.
Melissa & Ryan’s reception was held at another stunning island beach house. We loved how you can get anywhere on Fripp Island by hopping on a golf cart so of course we had to take a photo of the bride and groom in their “get-away” vehicle! Columbia-based By Invitation Only planners kept everything running smoothly as the guests ate, drank and partied the night away under the stars! Grandpa stole the show with his fancy footwork on the dance floor.
