Jill’s Columbia College Bridal Portrait

We have some really neat less-traveled portrait locations in Columbia and I was thrilled that Jill wanted to do her bridal portrait photos at her alma mater, Columbia College.  I’ve taken a few sessions there in the past, but it’s exciting to go back.  We scheduled Jill’s portraits on a Friday afternoon so it was pretty quiet as we explored campus and enjoyed the beautiful grounds.  We had to do a few photos by the Columbia College icons like the classic gazebo and on the grand staircase, but I also loved how the light streamed through the trees in the simple grassy area between the buildings.  We had no shortage of inspiration and Jill was a great model.
