It didn’t take long after I meet Jennifer & Michael and their charming son, Caleb, for their Riverwalk engagement session before I could see what a beautiful family these three had become.   The bride and groom were introduced to each other by Laura, Jennifer’s maid of honor.  They both had a few rocky relationships and Michael was raising Caleb as a single Dad.  In Jennifer’s words,

She set us up to meet and the rest is history. I gained a best friend and partner for life as well as a son of my own.

The couple chose the scenic Farm at Ridgeway for their wedding ceremony and reception.  White House Florists made the beautiful bouquets and Jennifer’s Aunts did an amazing job of decorating the mantle and barn doors with floral arrangements they created.  I LOVE those sparkly shoes!

Since they were having a sunset ceremony but still wanted to have photos around the rustic farm, Jennifer & Michael decided to do a first look.  Michael was so happy to see his bride!

Cathedral length veils are always fun!

Some of my favorite photos of the day are when we convinced Caleb that being in front of the camera was fun and from that point on there was no stopping him!  He is just too cute!

Bonnie Brunt made this stunning cake!  The bottom row looks just like flower petals but it’s all icing!

The sunset on the Farm was so breathtaking that I couldn’t help but see if Jennifer & Michael were adventurous enough to run out for one (or a few) more quick portraits!  These two are champs!  And wow, look at that sunset!

The entrance-way drapery set up by Cameron of Big Time Entertainment added an elegant touch to the ceremony scene.

It was a perfect night for warming up around the fire with some smores!

Jennifer worked hard to surprise Michael with a classic car for their grand exit!  Congratulations Jennifer & Michael!
