Ashlee and Dylan are such a fun and easy going couple.  Usually on the wedding day, I always let the bride know that if things don’t go as planned, we’ll work out all the photos eventually, but before I could even give my pep talk, Ashlee says “Hey, whatever we don’t get done now, we can do later.”  What a great bride! I started the day with Ashlee and her relaxed crew at Pine Island. They set up the neatest mirrored sign at the entrance to their lakeside ceremony!

I love the pale pink dresses.  The other star of the day that I’d like to introduce, besides the stunning bride, is the bride’s neice and flower girl.  She was absolutely adorable the entire day. And her embroidered little dress is too cute!

Ashlee’s father passed away recently but she carried his thumbprint on a necklace on her bouquet so he could be with her the whole day.

A well timed cloud and breeze made the outdoor ceremony downright comfortable!

These parent dances were so sweet and after the Mom’s danced, they invited everyone on the dancefloor for a song in honor of Ashlee’s Dad.  I don’t think was a dry eye in the room.

Ashlee, Dylan and I ventured outside just after a short little rain shower for some romantic sunset photos!

This cake by Michelle’s Cake Scapes is just WOW!  Love the gold and pink accents and the naked cake top layers.

Dave Gilbert of Partytime DJs started the bridal party in a lipsync battle and I’d love for more weddings to do this because it was hilarious!  Each person took the mic and ran with it, starting a group dance or serenading the opposing team, trying to get the most crowd approval from the guests- it was so much fun!

The couple is taking a honeymoon in Alaska next month and I hope they have an amazing time! Congratulations Ashlee and Dylan!
