Michelle and Christian were married Saturday at Radius Church in Lexington.  I’m skipping ahead a little in their wedding day story but the couple’s pastor, Tripp Atkinson, told a story about how he had known Michelle for a while and when she said she was bringing a guy to meet with their family, he was ready to be like a protective big brother.  But all he noticed was how thoughtful Christian was of Michelle’s needs and how kind they were when interacting together. I could see this for myself on the wedding day too! Christian always stopped to help Michelle with her long train or hold open a door.  They both seemed to take great care of each other even on such an hectic day. What a great way to start a marriage!

We started the day with Michelle’s wonderful friends helping her get ready at Radius Church.  

Michelle and Christian wanted to write each other letters to read before the ceremony so we found a quiet spot where they could stand on either side of the door before the wedding and exchange letters.

The reception was held at Springdale House.  We did a few photos in front of the house before the reception began.  

I love the unique wooden toasting glasses.  They are made from olivewood that Michelle picked up while on a trip to Bethlehem.

Michelle and Christian brought their favorite desert to the Springdale House by having Yoghut set up a mobile frozen yogurt booth at the reception.  That was a big hit with the guests!
