When planning their wedding, Lynn and Aaron had the main goal of focusing on their religious aspects of their union and a second goal to include all family and close friends for the celebration. As Lynn explains,
We wanted to celebrate our marriage in a way that was simple and meaningful to us.We never pictured our wedding being anywhere else other than the church. We took great detail in planning a scripture reading, organ music, and holy communion. Many generations of happy marriages in our families have all started in the church worshiping God. We knew early in our engagement that we wanted that same firm foundation to our new life as husband and wife. For the church reception, we decided to focus on family and friends by having a variety of music, activities for all ages, and toasts by some of our closest loved ones. We celebrated the two of us becoming a family: we did this by focusing on God in a meaningful ceremony and by enjoying family and friends with a fun reception.
I’d say this couple did an amazing job at creating a beautiful, Christ-centric wedding day! The morning ceremony was scheduled for 10:30am and being the morning person that I am, I was excited to start with the wedding party at the church at 8am! The light in the morning is so pretty!
The couple did a receiving line after the ceremony.
Congratulations Lynn & Aaron!
