Wouldn’t you love a wedding overlooking green rolling hills? This was the scene for Sarah & Sawyer’s wedding at the Country Club of Lexington.
Sarah started the day by getting ready at home. Corey King, the makeup artist, took care of making all the ladies look glamorous! Even though it was sprinkling rain outside, there was beautiful light coming through Sarah’s front door windows so we grabbed a few photos in her entry way and on her staircase.
They decided to have the ceremony right on the golf course. The wind even kicked up for the vows giving Sarah’s veil that beautiful windblown look!
While DJ Mike Lockaby of Partytime DJ‘s kept the party rocking at the reception, the bride and groom and I sneaked out back for a few more romantic photos by the clock. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, I love suspenders on guys at weddings! How fun!
After some cigars on the porch and watching the groomsmen break out some dance moves, it was time to send the couple off with a bubble exit. Bubbles are a very economical option for fun exit photos and they really photograph well!
