Abbie and I met over a year before her wedding day and the plans have been coming together ever since!  I was super excited to see her bridesmaid’s sparkly gold dresses, her shimmery bouquet, and the elegant decorations as the State Museum got all decked out for her reception, but more than anything, I was thrilled to see this sweet couple begin their married life together!  The wedding ceremony was held at Park Street Baptist Church in downtown Columbia.  We started the day taking photos of some of Abbie’s bridal details.

John had some of his own signature details like this feather bow tie from Brackish Bow Ties.

I love the look on Abbie’s Dad’s face after he sees her in her gown for the first time.

Those gold dresses were stunning!

Those are some adorable flower girls (and a handsome ring bearer).

The reception was held at the SC State Museum.

Since we were working with the talented videographers, Jamie and Marianna Player of Absolute Wedding Films, we teamed up to make some really cool lighting for Abbie & John’s portraits in the Museum’s planetarium.

Flashback the Party Band entertained the crowd with their live music.
